St George Island this past weekend, this shoe bird kept us company as we walked the beach.

St George Island and Apalachicola Florida , has a lot of photographic opportunities.

Practicing with a new shutter remote cord attachment  on  my  camera  mounted on a  tripod.

Worked quite  well.  Now  to find  a  better place  to  shoot  a  sunset  landscape  like  with 

 maybe   the  railroad  tracks, a neighborhood  lake  or  pond  in  the  foreground  to  make

  it  a  little  more interesting ?
